we think, god leads; we have a huge imagination of our life, our future and love to plan a lot. But in the end things turn out differently. At the first moment, we do not seem to like how a situation turned out and it looks like our whole plan is ruined. At moments like this we seem to forget the most simple and most elemental thing. I want to show it to you with a metaphor: There is no door without a matching key; that is why god would never give us expercises or problems without a solution.
Sometimes we have to create and find an alternative way to go on but whatever may be we must not lose the will to work on a solution. We have to find and see the beauty in alternatives that is why you should never deny any coming option or happening, Trust me, it is a solution for good.
Thanks to T. for the superbeautiful nails and very kind service.
if you liked Her Bright Skies from what you have got to find out from my articles you will doubtlessly love the band Monday Kills. Monday Kills is a four headed pop-punk band from Jönköping, Sweden, which was founded in 2013. The members are Erik Brolin (lead-vocals and guitar), Erik Lago (guitar), Eric Lindqvist (bass) and Arvid Öhrn (drums). Some of you may wonder where the connection Her Bright Skies and Monday Kills is, some others may get a flash of inspiration and notice the common surname of both bands' lead-singers, Right, Johan "Jaybee" Brolin and Erik Brolin are brothers as that share major passions such as music.
From left: Eric Lindqvist, Erik Brolin, Erik Lago and Arvid Öhrn.
Monday Kills is surely a band to love since as a pop-punk band they provide a large field of music for nearly everybody. This proves among others their new album "Like, whatever" which has worldwidely been released this month. It was hard to choose favorites out of the ten titles from the album since every sing was catchy, lively and cheerful. However if I were to choose the ones I have found outstand were "Drive", "I Like It Rough", "Damn! I Want Ya", "Tidsmaskin", "Little Black Book", "Black & White" and "Paradise". You see it still is nearly the whole album.
In the following interview I have got in contact with the band and asked them about the band, the new album and some plans for the future. Read the whole interview below and have fun with Monday Kills.
Fall4Me: How would you describe the band Monday Kills in one word? Monday Kills:Tough start.. Versatile, maybe.
Thinking back to 2013 what is the history of Monday Kills, how did everything start?Well, it all started with Erik and Erik, who wanted to try something new while playing in a band called Evelyn. We started writing pop-punk songs, that turned out good, we asked Eric to tag along and a little bit later Arvid joined. It is known that Erik (B.)'s older brother Johan Brolin aka Jaybee is the lead singer and with Petter Nilsson aka Pete the founder of the band Her Bright Skies. How has that band influence you? They have influenced us in different ways, since we all are close friends and basically all of us have played with them at some point. Of course, Johan and Erik, being brothers, share a lot of things too. We also work a lot with Niclas, who is a great producer. The fact that within a group of four there are three Eriks or rather Eric is widely considered as crazy and funny. What do you think about it and how to you answer to the outer reactions? We actually don’t think about it that much. Sometimes Arvid calls out ”Erik”, and the three of us turn around, wondering who he’s talking to, which can be pretty funny. But usually we just call each other nicknames, often being our surnames. We do get a lot of questions about this, but the truth is, it’s just a funny coincidence. This month you have released your album "Like, whatever". Does this album hold a special story or meaning? Lyrically the songs are simply romaticizing about teenage life. Also we have a kind of ”we do whatever we feel like-vibe” on the album, hence the title. We’ve just been writing whatever songs we could pop out from our heads, not wanting it to be any type of specific genre, but rather just a song that we all liked.
What is your favorite song from the album? We all like different songs, and favorites shift every now and then. Here’s our current favorites;Lago:Drive Brolin:Black & White
Lindqvist:Warpaint Arvid:Tidsmaskin
How have you been inspired to write and produce this album?Inspiration comes and goes, but we always like to hang out with each other and this album has been a lot about that. Sometimes we just met up in the studio or at someones apartment and tried to write a song, sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t. We wrote a lot in the studio so the producing kind of just came along with it. Not much have been post-produced. Which are your favorite bands or musicians and who of them influenced Monday Kills? We love a lot of different bands. Everything from Sum 41, The Maine, 30 seconds to Mars and Bring Me The Horizon to One Direction. I guess everyone influence our music since we simply write what comes to mind. Which countries would you love to perform in? We would love to play everywhere, of course. America would be fun and of course som more in Europe. If you wouldn't be musicians, what would you be?I have no idea, haha. We’d still be best friends, I know that. With regard that Sweden will be the host of the Eurovision Song Contest next year. Can you imagine representing your country of origin once there? I don’t know. I don’t think it’s the right platform for us. But you never know, when we started Monday Kills, we never thought we would write a song in Swedish. But here we are now.
Is there anything you would like to say to all your fans, the readers of this blog or everyone all over the world? Of course, a big thank you to everyone who supports us, come to our shows and buys our music and merch. Hope to see you on the road!
Christmas is traditional, so is the Italian fashion giant Dolce & Gabbana but what connects Christmas and Dolce Gabbana is not the fact that both have been celebrated by a large even though different part of world's society for many years but the fact that both are bearing a family reunion within them and every time there is a story to tell. On Christmas we create the story, on the creations of Dolce & Gabbana we take a look at the stories with the beautiful work of art that makes the Italian label unique. Just like on our Christmas photos the characters on the Dolce & Gabbana prints are dressed special, so are we; so are we in Dolce & Gabbana. we all use the term "the good old times" or "old is gold" but about the future we are uncertain. We can only hope for the best but we are unsure to what the changes will lead us. All beginnings are gentle because they are harmless and carefree since we are to give everything new the chance to become the best thing in our life.
But no matter how well being a change might be everyone of us has a romantic within himself who has a nostalgic vein. There are people as well as places or things that touch us to tears when we think of the beautiful memories we connect there things with. Even if we cannot stand to see a beloved person cry these tears that make our heart melt because of the most precious thing are nothing negative. We are happy about every revivial and reunion. Some of us stay classy, more of us admire classy, so stay classy golden girls.
approximately two months ago I have had the chance to meet my good friends and my most favorite DJane duo 2elements in Hamburg who were invited to perform as special guests in occasion for the 10th anniversary of the eventlocation Hühnerposten in the city center of Hamburg.
I am usually not a fan of the club scene in Hamburg but with the club Hühnerposten I make an exception. The eventlocation offers three rooms with each one having a lounge and a bar included and a proper DJ playing another playlist in each room - two small ones and one big ones. There is as well an opportunity to cool down outside and still be connected to what is happening inside in the biggest room, however that one turned out to be the coldest in the cold fall/winter season.
The DJane duo 2elements consisting of Anie and July from Düsseldorf was founded in 1999. The girls were introduced to each other by friends in a club and found each other having the common passion towards the clublife and music. First the girls were supported by friends who had offered them the deejaying equipment meanwhile 2elements is an internationally known duo that is frequently performing electro and dance songs all over the world and produces its own remixes.
Since I have followed their performance announcement for Hamburg for which I have waited approximately one year they were kind enough to add me and my best friend to their guest list. We have had to wait for the girls for some longer while but as it is said, good products need their time, so the party was even harder on the Saturday night of October 10th, 2015 when the girls were finally at the control desk.

Huge thanks for the invitation and see you soon again! It is truly a must to party with 2elements.
us human are real paradox little beasts. We start to cherish something when we lose it and we love what we do not have. No... we are not little beasts. We are living beings led by vibes. We have a heart and a soul, we cry and we smile, we exhaust ourselves and we rest, we shout and we keep silent, we love action but we cherish the silence. We are kept alive by our social contacts and relationships but sometimes, just sometimes we need some time for ourselves.
We live according to vibes, we can and we cannot all alone but something that will never change is the need for freedom. No duties, just liberty. No stress, but silence. So, my message for you is, do not dare to push me too far. You and I can only work in balance you can want it but I have to want it to and if I ask you to stop treat me the way every being with a heart and soul deserves to be treated, with respect, kindness and with all its faults with comprehension.
we are a new generation, many things are different from the time when our parents were at our age. We are the generation of dreamers, we live according to romantic values and we put true love and friendship first. We are a generation in the time of self-discovery, we are neither saints but furthermore nor wilful sinners. In our actions and intentions we are just led by our feelings. Often we may be driven to make mistakes just because we do not know whether something is right or wrong. We do not think we know it all but we have to make our own experiences - just like our mentors did.
In the end we are aware of the fact that because of our mistakes we might get in conflicts - worse or harmless - but in the end we have the unconscious need to commit mistakes because otherwise we will not develop, neither we want to go without the fact to learn from each mistake and share our knowledge. So do not let anybody tell you you what to do! Do what you reach for doing.
